The Root Cause

Fix the base.
Fix the problem.

Our process creates a road base that withstands the common causes of road surface degradation:

  • 💧
    Moisture Infiltration
Water penetrates the subbase layer, destroying load-bearing capacity and triggering structural collapse from below.
  • ❄️
    Freeze-Thaw Cycles
Repeated expansion and contraction fractures road bases, leading to cracking, rutting, and progressive failure.
  • ⚠️
    Weak Subgrade
Conventional treatments — chlorides, water — require constant reapplication and never address the fundamental subbase weakness.
T-PRO® Solution
Our Process Works.
💰
Significant Cost Savings
Eliminates the cost of imported aggregate, reduces material waste, and dramatically cuts long-term road maintenance — delivering a lower total project cost from day one.
🛡️
Water-Resistant Formula
T-PRO® chemically bonds with native soil to create a water-resistant base that maintains integrity even in heavy rain — preventing washouts without any imported aggregate.
📈
In-Place Strength Gain
Turns weak subgrades into durable, load-bearing road bases — up to 7× stronger — using only the in-situ soil already on site. No haul, no waste.
🧂
Impervious to Salt
Resistant to salt, road brine, and freeze-thaw degradation — ideal for all climates from Texas heat to mountain elevation.
♻️
Full Depth Reclamation
Applied at 4in, 6in depths and beyond — enabling true in-place reclamation without importing materials or creating landfill waste.

Working Days, 3 Phases
Scope of Work
  • 132,000 SF severely distressed asphalt at a 285-unit apartment complex — ground swell & water infiltration had failed the clay/limestone sub-grade across a 20–30 ft elevation change
  • Lab testing determined 6" subbase infusion was optimal — eliminating 18" full excavation, Geo-grid installation, and ~1,000 truckloads of material haul-off
  • Wirtgen 200 series machine dosed T-PRO® polymer precisely per on-site material testing; cured 12–24 hrs before 1.5" asphalt topcoat
  • Completed in 3 phases (~1 week each) with the complex at full occupancy throughout — zero resident displacement
$450,000 Saved · 800–1,200 PSI Subbase · ~1,000 Truckloads Eliminated Resilient polymer subbase (800–1,200 PSI dry / 350–450 PSI wet) delivered in 21 days while the complex remained fully occupied.
